SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders ship within 2-3 business days. When your order ships, you’ll get an email confirming the details and be provided with tracking information. Packages are shipped with United States Postal Service according weight.
I am not able to control what happens to your package when it leaves my hands and enters the postal system. Deliveries have been known to be delayed during higher volumes, holidays or extreme weather events. These packages do usually show up a few days later than expected, but see below on what to do just in case.

1. Track the item with your provided tracking number.
2. Ask your neighbors if they got your package by mistake.

WRONG ADDRESSES
Incorrect shipping addresses can cause disappoint and heartbreak for all involved. Please be sure your shipping address is complete and correct. I'm afraid once your order leaves my hands and enters the shipping "system", I have no control over what happens to it. If your package gets shipped to a wrong address, the home occupant may or may not send it back to me. In the event your wrongly addressed package comes back to me, I will contact you for a corrected address and you will be responsible for paying shipping charges again to get your package.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Your satisfaction is paramount to me; I want you to enjoy your purchase. If you find something is not as you expected, I encourage you to reach out to me within 3
days of receipt so I may have the opportunity to make it right.

I do not accept exchanges, cancellations or returns on any hygiene products, including soap, bath bombs, lotion, lip balm, and the like. There will also be no returns on catnip or catnip blend toys.

If a return is necessary, a Return Authorization must be requested within 7 days of receipt. The item must be in saleable, like-new condition, and sent back within 21 business days at the buyer's expense with a tracking number provided. Any refund due will not include the shipping fees and be issued back to the original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving of the item back.

DAMAGES
In the event you receive an item and it is damaged or defective in someway, I encourage you to reach out to me immediately via CONTACT. Please know that I would not intentionally send out a defective item, but understand things happen in transit sometimes. I will work with you to come to a favorable solution.
